Subscription

To view your subscriptions please visit: datenly.com/en/dashboard/invoices_manager

Depending on the Datenly products you use, you can upgrade or downgrade by clicking on Plan in the product space. Plan is usually available at the top in the bar.

If you switch from a higher subscription to a lower one, we will bill you in proportion to your usage, we credit your account for the difference between the subscriptions and your usage.

If you upgrade and want to go back, please choose the free subscription.

It is important to note that when you change the subscription to free, your subscription will be canceled and no refund will be made.

It is important to update your means of payment on the invoicing space to keep your subscription active.

In case of failure to pay invoices on time, your subscription and account will be automatically suspended
