How to restore access to your Datenly account if you can no longer log in or have forgotten some of your login information.
Forgot username or email address
Your account username is the email address that was used to register the account. Check your inbox to see if you’ve received messages from Datenly to confirm the email address you signed up with.
Forgot your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it here: datenly.com/en/recover_password.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, you’ll need to confirm that it’s really you by also performing two-factor authentication (for example, entering the verification code in the 2FA app) in order to proceed. on reset.
Once you have been able to reset your password, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
